Agreed.
We must sharpen our act to avoid losing another subscriber.
Probably best to avoid examining the ins and outs of technical issues,
and stick with the "flying happily over the clouds" stories.
As it happens, SLSAs are only a small percentage of LSAs,
and so their extra complications over maintenance needn't really
bother us. (the majority of LSA flying been done in ELSAs)
