Yes it is SLSA. 30-40/hr dry would possibly work, but even 90 would be better than the 120_140 they pay now.

For that to be an option Gary,
I believe your aircraft would need to be an SLSA.
Is it?

And if it were to happen, I'd have to think the aircraft rental
would likely be between 60/hr to 80/hr, which is probably different
to what those local CFIs thought they might need to pay... 30 to 40/hr?
