RE: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group E-LSA with larger baggage area?

Why take the kennel?

Dog needs to be trained to stay in back. You can put a short leash on the dog if necessary but most dogs like kids fall asleep when aloft.

Subject: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group E-LSA with larger baggage area?

Hello,

I am a PP/A&P. We currently are flying a Cessna 150 and are considering going to E-LSA, (for obvious reasons.) The main problem we are having is finding an E-LSA aircraft with a large enough baggage area. See, our Aussie Shepard typically flies with us. And her kennel measures 27 x 20 x 19 (inches). Another challenge appears to be is our finances allow us only a $30,000 cap.

How about it? Is there an E-LSA out there that will meet our requirements or are we outta luck?

Thanks bunches,

Bill
