This pretty much sums it up for me.  Well said!  We have a lot of UL people that are willing to share and help each other.  If you are not and envision yourself to supposedly higher standards, then go ahead and hit the road and safe driving.  I find that most pilots I associate with have the continue-to-learn attitude and I think this is a better standard than the PPL pilot who "she has a ticket to ride and she don't care" like in the Beatle lyrics and has infrequent experience.   We must be careful also that we have people with this attitude within our own ranks as well as we are just people.  However, I find more caring here and I wish this guy the best.
