Remember you are developing a LSA aircraft where weight is everything and a BRS system is heavy! I am told that those LSAs that have a BRS as a option it is rarely ordered. I fly a sport cub I can land at 28 mph and easily in a 300' opening and my glide ratio gives me lots and lots of time to select the best available place to land. I am a backcountry flyer with a lot of lo & slo cubdriving a BRS would make no sense for me! A BRS for amphibs over water surely doesn't make sense either? I certainly appreciate the fact that you are asking the sport pilot community for their thoughts. I wish you lots of success in your endeavor!
