Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: any body flying?

Our club, Skyraider Aviation out of Denver (excuse my shameless self-promotion) had a great flight last Saturday. We participated in a poker run sponsored by the Colorado Pilots Association. There were 17 airplanes flying to 5 airports along the Front Range of the Rockies. Five of the planes were LSA (2 x Gobosh, 1 x PiperSport, 1 x StingSport, 1 x Jabiru).

It was a great time, despite the gusty surface winds (30kts at times) and the squirrely winds and turbulence aloft.

Cheers,
Chris
