Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Avionics in Light Sport Aircraft survey

And just now, I sold a $8000 US made trike wing to Australia:

"Hey Abid,
Yeah! that would be good, sorry it takes me so long to reply back to you as i only get to read your emails when i get home from work! my day starts at 4.00am and i don't get home until 6.00pm, Im working out west of Queensland, "outback". So hence the delayed replies, no problem Abid, i wouldn't expect you to send the wing out without you receiving full payment first. As i am miles from nowhere at the moment i'm unable to get to a bank to transfer any money to you, however! i can transfer a substantial deposit via the internet to secure the wing and then pay you the rest when i get back home to Coolum Beach next Thursday! (21st of April) would this be ok with you? so send me the invoice and also let me know how much you require for a holding deposit.
Thanks Abid, Dave"

So there you go and the doom and gloom. Its only 16th of April mind you.
Work hard (its 3:00 am on Friday and I am up working), take pride in your work, be reasonable because your customers sometimes won't be, trust me and things will happen.
No reason for Lyle to not try. This "no can do", "cannot be done", "too hard to do", "I'll take the easy way out" attitude .. why is this settling into the American psyche. Is this what we are made of? Sorry you can see you hit a nerve in me somewhere.
Abid

As the price of gas and living go out the window,, there are more and more fighting for the fewer and fewer dollars one uses for pleasure..Since very few new companies are being born here in the U.S. the chances you might sell a plane or two gets closer to zero.. In my opinion your wasting your time here.. The per capita income is getting next to nothing.. But it is growing in China and other places..Check your fortune five hundred companies..
