Gary, I WAS there when this all started... remember?
It seems like you're upset about A&P's, Lycoming engines, Cessna Skyscapers,Hijackers, and Part 141 schools (did I miss anything?)
My question is... WHY?
Do you think they held you back, or are they did something bad?
Just trying to see where you're coming from... so far all I'm seeing are dis-jointed unconnected snippets and talk about "hijacking".
Help us understand what you're upset about, maybe we can fix it.

I did it the hard way. You had to be there when it was first promoted and starting out. I had no instruction at the time.It's a personal thing I guess. I will just let it go and be glad everything is as it should be now.Gary Orpe

Yes, that is correct. But lets change the accused to the pilot schools who didn't want anything to do with Sport pilot in the first place. Now that Cessna has one, suddenly they want to buy and teach in it.I know I said a lot in there and way to much, and I did poorly at writing it up. I take full blame for that one. OK, now you have me confused. Are you agreeing with or disagreeing with this press release? Are you saying that Cessna did not want to teach sport pilot when they did not have an LSA and now that they do they will begin sport pilot training? This sounds logical to me.Ed Garcia
