Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group "Important changes for Sport_Aircraft" in my spam folder

I saw this in my spam  folder. I don't know Rex and cannot verify he is a moderator since this group does not allow viewing of the members/moderators/owner. Anyone know if this is for real? I'm thinking a legitimate message would have been delivered to the group, not individually. Could be someone is poaching this group for new members. I have not clicked on the links. This is what I got:

"Our group now has a new website! If you haven't already registered for the site, please do so now -- it takes just a few seconds! You will not be able to access certain group content and features until you register. Thanks!
