Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: "Important changes for Sport_Aircraft" in my spam folder



I joined this group recently and realize how low that was...somebody set up the grouply group then published the direction to go join the group. They did not just say...hey check this out, they deceptively said they were a group moderator and that the group had a new website. The perpetrator broke at least three federal laws in doing so.

1. Violated the deceptive trade and practices act and interstate commerce act.
2. broke the CAN SPAM act since it was obviously commercial in nature and did not disclose that it was nor a way to opt out.
3. Identity theft. The perpetrator stated he was someone whom he was not. I have not run into such a clear cut case of identity theft in years...

I hope he reads this...
