Depending how you build it can have a useful load of 600 or better.

Of course the key word is "Build" , however it LSA, I have friend who built one and it flys great.

Manufactures that I know that are close are mostly composite. Arion Lighting LSA reports an empty weight of 800 lbs for their LSA version. if this is accurate gives a Useful Load of 530 LBS. The new MY Sky MS-1 Tandem low wing is estimating a 710 LB gross weight with an estimated Useful Load of 610 LBS! But is a brand new LSA Links below.
