I think this was posted on bydanjohnson.com a while back.
There are a couple of things I noticed.
It looks like the approach is way high to me with too much power. And the plane seems to be jerking around in response to control inputs. At 24 seconds into it, it would have been better to add power slowly, right rudder, carb heat off and slowly take the flaps out for a go around. Of course, I'm an armchair quarterback commenting on this though.

The things I notice are power being reduced properly. Plus the flare was good while holding back pressure to keep the nose up.
I record all my flights with a small digital recorder suction cupped to the inside top of the canopy and review it after my lessons and solo flights which is great for learning. It reinforces the the things I'm doing well and is a starting point on items that need improvement.

Based on the video in my opinion he bounced it so hard the first time that when it came down the second time it was probably already weakened so much it couldn't support itself any more.
