Ah…I was not aware that the group’s leader did it. seems like he was trying to take commercial advantage of the site by moving the group to grouply…I think that violates the Yahoo terms of Use. Yikes!

Did the owner of this list specifically say he didn't initiate that e-mail? I'm thinking he did, but later realized what people really think about Grouply. That's not identity theft, if he in fact did it.
