Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group problems with Kieve Prop

I have the Kieve or hot prop on my 912 uls and had to buy a new set of blades.  The foam came loose inside one of the blades and was pressing against the tip about 2 inches in.  I could feel and see the bubble.  We cut the tip off and sure enough the foam had come loose and a chunk was causing the bulge.  I have close to 500 hrs on the prop and live here in hilo hawaii.  Plane is always under a roof with good ventilation but hawaii is humid.  Don't know it this was the cause of the foam breaking loose or not.
