only ASTM sLSA engine out there. The Jabiru is not a "Certified" engine
(part 23), however they do NOT limit you to daytime VFR only.
Specifically Jabiru has certified that all of it's engines from 2006 on
are compliant for night flight (assuming the aircraft is compliant) see:
