Look at the POH. If it does not say 1320 MTOW it will not qualify.

And…after flying one from Denver to Martha's Vineyard……………………..every LSA I've flown, so far, will outperform the Skipper to the nth degree.

Fellow pilots,

When I read the indicated list of std cat aircraft that meet the LSA criteria, the first thing I see is a disclaimer that the list is not 'all inclusive' and to contact EAA for a determination of any specific aircraft.

So, before I gave up on the Skipper, I would contact EAA for a determination.
