With the standard wing the stall speed is only 1 mph too high. I don't have
the rules in front of me but if the definition is in knots like some quote ie
45 kt then it's only .25 mph ;-)
The Diehl wing is slightly longer (about a foot actually) so would most like
stall a little slower...
I think it would qualify if build properly and the right gross weight
specified.
