OK, so you want a fast LSA? Buy one, then rip out the tiny motor and replace it like the Cessna 150 Bush Conversion with 160HP engine. Just don't tell anyone and do it with your hangar doors closed.
If you want to go really fast, go get a PPL and a Vans RV8 or 9 or build a Glassair/Lancair/Velocity

Of course the flaps don't help since the stall speed is specified as "clean"
ie no flaps....
