easy to duplicate elsewhere in the country. It's basically win-win
situation that we are setting up. The school gets access to a seaplane
without having to find 100K in cash. The club members get renter like
access to the plane (school's can't get insurance to rent out an amphib)
with very low upkeep costs to themselves and none of the mx and
management hassles normally associated with owning a seaplane.
