I see that the gross weight is 1370# on their Experimental version, I couldn't find any data on the SLSA. 
I can't remember right offhand, are the seaplanes allowed gross weight higher than 1320# to offset the added weight of the floatation structure? Similar to the extra weight allowance for floats on UL's?
