Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Endorsements

What is the requirement (time)for the endorsements for:
1-tail wheel
2-floats
3-skis (whats the big deal about skis???)

I could look it up but there is not much going on on the list and I'm too lazy to pull my books out. :)
