Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group AOPA Summit

I often fly over three hours non stop in my Savannah adv then sit in the plane for half hour to relax unwind and fill out my logs. I just love my italian leather seats and the comfort of the center stick.

I live near Tampa so we went to the AOPA summit here. There were 100 planes on display at Peter O Knight Airport. We did not go to the convention Center for the exhibitioners. I just wanted to see the planes.

I uploaded some pics of the Cessna Skycatcher to the photo section of this group.
It was comfortable to sit in and I am 5'11 210 pounds. There was someone in the right hand seat and we had a good foot or so between us. The seats seemed to be a memory foam but I could be mistaken.

There were a lot of LSAs there with their reps.
Being a Chiropractor I can see how some folks would have back pain from the angle of a lot of the seats. For any flight more than an hour I would be bringing a towel to roll up for lumbar support.
