You can pay as you go at Redbird and they have a full refund policy.

The difference is that the parent company, Redbird Simulations, clearly believes that underwriting the flight training arm makes good business sense. The full motion sims are amazing and make a huge difference in the training environment. It's hard to believe that not virtually every student that comes through here will talk up the sims whenever an opportunity arises.
