I agree, but to each its own. I in particular would love to have the "Air Brakes".
I guess the Virus SW would be my choice!  Just dreaming :) but would need to
let go of some of my other toys!

In my opinion, this is the approach that LSA manufacturers should be taking.

This aircraft is configured with conventional instrumentation complemented by a GPS.

This is the way I want to fly – I don't need the sophisticated (read: expensive) glass cockpits that really jack up the price of an airplane.

Less expensive and rugged designs like this can only help bring in more students and pilots.
